Coffee increases the longevity

For many people, coffee is necessary to open the eyes after waking.

However, unless a dose serves coffee to start the day with the right pace, a new study showed that it has a significant positive effect in terms of longevity.

A group of researchers took the study of elderly Greek island Ikarisë, 8 500 residents who take pride in the highest life expectancy in the world.

The researchers found that a cup of Turkish coffee, which has remained very popular on the island since the time of the Ottoman Empire, is able to help improve cardiovascular health and prevent heart attack in a large extent, thus contributing directly to the growth of life.

According to the expert group, although coffee generally has positive effects on health, the Turkish contains some added elements that underpin these elements.

"Greek coffee (so called in Greece, what Albania is known that Turkish coffee), has elements added polifenolit and antioxidants, and contains moderate amounts of caffeine. Its beneficial effect on the human body seems to be even greater than that of some other kind kafesh ", said Professor Gerasimos Siasos, Medical University of Athens.
