The benefits of nuts

They are rich in calories and fats, but also contain elements beneficial to your health!
As evidence, one study showed that people who eat nuts at least five times a week had lower risk of cardiovascular diseases affected by 25-50%, compared to people who eat little or no nuts.
Benefits of nut consumption:
They are a source of vegetable protein and are rich in a variety of vitamins and minerals. These good fats help in reducing the amount of cholesterol in the blood. There are also studies showing that nut consumption tends to decrease the amount of bad cholesterol in the blood. Nuts also provide fiber, antioxidants and some components such as vitamin E.
