Tonsils against stomach pain


Eating 5-10 almonds a day helps to avoid the pain of the stomach.

As a fatty food, almonds deposit a protective membrane on the walls of the stomach. They also reduce excessive production of pepsin, the enzyme very sour digestion. To prevent heartburn stomach, just simply chew 5-10 almonds a day, but no more, as they provide more calories.
Another option to prevent pain is the use of sodium watery bread.
