The salad helps you lose weight if eaten in large quantities before meals

Do you think it is possible to reduce the calories of our meals? Instead you are wrong, it seems to eat a large portion and fixed before the main meal helps cut calories and lose weight.
To prove this theory is a study of researchers from Pennsylvania State University published by Appetite, which explains that eating vegetables before meals reduces calories by 11% when the portion is fixed (300 gr), otherwise there is a risk that you eat few vegetables and thus is not reduced significantly the energy intake.

So if you want to increase the consumption of vegetables can definitely be a good tactic to eat it before the meal, but if the purpose is to reduce the calories then what matters is not when you consume but maintain low energy intake.

The ideal menu? 300 grams of salad containing only 100 kcal followed by the main course: try to eat at this for a week, lose weight definitely.
