Foods that keep beauty

Proper nutrition keeps you cool you and your skin. Therefore to look beautiful must eat well. Below we present a number of foods that will keep you in shape and you can call them "beauty foods".
1. Nuts
Fruits arrore are a very good anti-aging food. They have a high percentage of vitamin E and helps the skin to be soft. But remember to eat in little amounts, as they are rich in calories.
2. Proteins
To have strong nails, hair thick and strong bones you need protein. Proteins found in meat (prefer chicken meat), beans and tuna fish, among other foods.
3. Vitamin B
Vitamin B-rich foods make your hair shiny. Rich in these vitamins are eggs, milk, green vegetables, onion and cucumber.
4. Fish
Eat fish, like salmon, means that you have got the right amount of omega 3 fatty acids, which help in hydrating and nourishing the skin, among many other health benefits.
5. Zinc and calcium
Zinc is found in meat and poultry, eggs, seafood. Calcium helps in cleaning the skin. It is sour, low calorie cheese and milk. These foods not only reveal the face, but also reduce wrinkles.
6. Vitamin C
This vitamin helps in reducing wrinkles. Kiwi is the best fruit for vitamin C. Others with this vitamin-rich fruits are orange, mango and lemon.
7. Vitamin E
It is known as one of the vitamins to avoid burning the skin from the sun. If you eat a lot of peaches will have vitamin E in your body.
8. Iron
Iron, coupled with vitamin C, it is very useful to give zest and fading away from your skin. This removes the black circle in your eyes. Red meat, egg yolk and spinach are some of the foods rich in iron.
9. Water
Drink enough to go in the water. Water helps in removing toxins from the body and helps to crisp the skin.
10. Tomatoes
Tomatoes contain antioxidants, beta-karotin and vitamin C. Eat tomatoes as much and you will get these antioxidants. The good news is that tomatoes accompanied with a little olive oil.
11. Apples
Apple is the most popular fruit and rich in vitamins. Among many health benefits, it also helps to keep your teeth healthy.
